Architectural Glass Solutions recently completed a full strip and re-tint of the windows for Anamia’s Tex-Mex, a newly renovated restaurant in Southlake, Texas.

This restaurant has been a hot spot for lunch and dinner in the Southlake, TX area for years, and was temporarily shut down for a complete interior renovation.  Along with the renovation, ownership wanted to upgrade the look and the technology of commercial window film on their existing windows.  After consulting with ownership and addressing their needs, AGS made a recommendation and provided a sample that would have the performance and the “look” ownership was seeking.

AGS removed an older technology commercial solar film and replaced it with a fully metallized, high heat rejection, and low reflective commercial window film over the restaurant’s existing glass. That product was Natura 5% solar film made by Avery Dennison, with a 12-year manufacturer’s warranty for material and labor.

3M, Avery Dennison, and Madico are our most-used manufacturers of commercial solar film that provide solar heat and >99% UV protection window films ranging from virtually clear to Limo-dark to fit any commercial or residential window tinting need.

What makes this commercial solar film different is its low- reflective dark look with a high heat rejection and >99% UV rejection to protect the new roller shades, furniture, wood floors, and art work which was all newly installed.  From start to finish the project took 2 days and a morning to complete.
